Passionate about impact-driven innovation, he collaborates with visionaries and organizations building the infrastructures of the future — spanning circular economy systems, regenerative medicine, and personalized healthcare.
Founder of Carbon2D, he transforms Canada's waste into certified carbon-negative products through AIoT and quantum cybersecurity. His journey combines military leadership, the management of $75M in assets, and the co-founding of a top 5 global brand. He operates at the intersection of advanced materials, smart manufacturing, and technologies serving humanity.

He has led large-scale initiatives such as: 

-Developing Canada's Infrastructure Technology Road Map 

-Developing the Québec innovation strategy, 

-Promoting the adoption of the Internet of Things & AI, 

 
Holder of an Executive MBA, he founded a consulting firm in 2006 dedicated to the efficient execution of action plans. A professional coach and passionate about teaching, he has trained executives from the federal public service and taught at the University of Ottawa, in addition to developing various training and mentoring programs.

Before founding Zaruko Advisors, he co-founded and led Netrics, Inc. for ten years — a pioneer in commercial software leveraging artificial intelligence for database management — until its acquisition by a publicly traded company.
As the head of Zaruko Advisors, he advises software company executives and investment funds on strategy, sales, technology, and talent acquisition to accelerate growth.
He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Princeton University and has been actively involved in public education, serving on the board of a local school since 2012.

 Kelly Anne Fay is an environmental researcher and chemist affiliated with Carbon2D, where she actively contributes to projects focused on green chemistry, the circular economy, and the recovery of residual materials. She is also a student at the University of Ottawa, pursuing studies in environmental

She is also a student at the University of Ottawa, pursuing studies in environmental science.
At Carbon2D, she plays a key role in environmental analysis and applied research, particularly in initiatives aimed at producing low-carbon advanced materials. She works closely with experts in innovation, industrial bioprocesses, and clean technologies.

She served as Executive Director of Alberta IoT, a nonprofit organization that supports the growth of the digital economy through collaboration and technology adoption. She is also Vice Chair

 Brenda Beckedorf is a recognized ecosystem builder and visionary leader in technology and innovation in Alberta. She served as Executive Director of Alberta IoT, a nonprofit organization that supports the growth of the digital economy through collaboration and technology adoption. She is also Vice Chair of the Board at Alberta Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), where she actively supports women in business through mentoring, skills development, and access to funding.
Brenda is co-founder of Society 5.0, an initiative focused on digital inclusion and sustainable social impact. She has also been Regional Director for AIoT Canada and Vice President of Calgary Women in Energy. Her commitment to responsible innovation and digital equity earned her the Mentorship Award from the Universal Women Network in 2020.
More recently, she has been identified as a strategic ally of the Canadian company Carbon2D, with a potential role including supporting the establishment of circular innovation platforms in Alberta, facilitating industrial partnerships, and accessing infrastructure and energy transition funds.
